Refund & Return Policy

At Jhoori.com, we only sell 100% authentic and imported gym supplements (Creatine, Protein, Peanut Butter, etc.). Your trust is our priority, and we want you to have a worry-free shopping experience.

Eligibility for Return & Refund:

  • Customers can request a return or refund only if the product is proven duplicate/fake.
  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer can return it immediately at the time of delivery.
  • Important: Customers must check the entire product in front of the delivery man (seal, packaging, expiry date, and condition).
  • Once the delivery is completed successfully, no return or refund will be processed under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used supplements.
  • Products where the seal is broken after delivery.
  • Offer/discount/campaign products.

Refund Process:

  • If the product is proven fake/duplicate, a full refund will be issued.
  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days (depending on payment method).
  • For card payments, bank processing may take longer.
  • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

রিফান্ড এবং রিটার্ন নীতি

Jhoori.com এ আমরা শুধুমাত্র ১০০% আসল এবং ইমপোর্টেড জিম সাপ্লিমেন্ট (ক্রিয়েটিন, প্রোটিন, পিনাট বাটার ইত্যাদি) বিক্রি করি। আপনার বিশ্বাস আমাদের কাছে সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড এর শর্তাবলী:

  • শুধুমাত্র প্রমাণিত নকল বা ডুপ্লিকেট পণ্য হলে গ্রাহক রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড করতে পারবেন।
  • পণ্য যদি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য হয়, তবে গ্রাহককে ডেলিভারির সময় সাথে সাথেই রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
  • গুরুত্বপূর্ণ: গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারিম্যান এর সামনে পুরো পণ্য ভালোভাবে চেক করতে হবে (সিল, প্যাকেজিং, মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ তারিখ, কন্ডিশন ইত্যাদি)।
  • একবার সফল ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হয়ে গেলে, কোনোভাবেই রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

যেসব পণ্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়:

  • খোলা বা ব্যবহার করা সাপ্লিমেন্ট।
  • ডেলিভারির পর সিল ভাঙা পণ্য।
  • অফার/ডিসকাউন্ট/প্রমোশনাল পণ্য।

রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া:

  • যদি প্রমাণিত হয় যে পণ্যটি নকল/ডুপ্লিকেট, তবে পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
  • রিফান্ড সম্পন্ন হতে ৭–১০ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে (পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির উপর নির্ভর করে)।
  • কার্ড পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক প্রসেসিং সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে।
  • ডেলিভারি/শিপিং চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
